1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hirable ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hirable is an AI-powered mock interview coaching platform that helps users prepare for job interviews. The Service provides:

• AI-generated interview questions (behavioral, coding, SQL, HR, conceptual)
• Real-time voice-based interview practice
• Code execution environment for coding challenges
• AI-powered answer evaluation and feedback
• Interview performance tracking and history
• Resume parsing for personalized questions

3. User Accounts

To use Hirable, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Free Plan: Includes up to 3 interviews per day with access to behavioral and HR interview types.

Pro Plan (₹299/month): Includes unlimited interviews, coding challenges, SQL practice, company-specific preparation, and all premium features. Pro subscriptions are processed via Razorpay.

5. Payment & Refunds

Pro plan payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card information. Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service excessively

7. AI-Generated Content

Interview questions and feedback are generated by AI (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Hirable is a practice tool and does not guarantee job placement or interview success.

8. Intellectual Property

The Hirable name, logo, website design, and code are the intellectual property of Hirable. You retain ownership of any content you submit (interview answers, resume data).

9. Limitation of Liability

Hirable is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or inaccurate AI feedback.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
